Ricardo Rivas, EA – Has been an enrolled agent since 1996 and in the tax
profession since 1986. He is a former President of the Texas Society of
Enrolled Agents, and has testified before the Texas Congress on behalf of
EAs; Ricardo has a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Incarnate
Word in Finance; is a proud member of the National Association of Enrolled
Agents, a fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute, and life member of
Delta Mu Delta business society. Ricardo is a member of the NTPI faculty
where he teaches other EAs about advanced representation.
